Shipping, Exchanges, and Returns
We ship throughout Colombia. Delivery takes 2–5 business days. If you are not satisfied with your products, you have 5 days from the delivery date to return your order and request a refund, exchange, or store credit (valid for 12 months), in accordance with the right of withdrawal policy established in the Colombian Consumer Statute. To qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit, all products must be returned unused, in perfect condition, with all tags attached, and within the timeframe set by the brand. Any product that does not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer. Please note that sale items are final and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credits. We do not accept returns or claims for items purchased at other retail locations. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges or returns.
